How Many Panels Per Box?
There are two boxes of basic and filler boxes.
The Basic Carton consists of four Z panels and one filler panel. Each Basic Carton covers 32.8 square feet. The filler box consists of 10 filler panels. Each Filler Carton covers 36.5 square feet.
Note: The Filler Panel was designed to be used in conjunction with the Z panel. Using only the filler panels will result in seams appearing more visable.
How Much Sealant is Required?
Using the suggested amount of sealant (approximately a minimum of 3/8" bead) with the supplied colour matched aggregate will reduce the visibility of the seams. Use Two Tubes of sealant per box of Bellastone.
Can Bellastone be Cut to Size?
Yes, Bellastone cam be cut suing a regular circular saw with a carbide or diamond tipped blade.
Is the Sealant Included in the Bellastone Boxes? NO! The sealant must be ordered separately. The boxes include the panels, Bellaclips and colour matched aggregate.
Are There Trims Available to be Used with Bellastond?
Yes, there are architectual essentials trim components that is a complete line of vinyl accessories that can be used to complete your project.
What Fasteners Should be Used to Adhere Bellastone to the Wall?
Screws should be corrosion resistant. A minimum of #8 and 1 5/8 in length.
